The Raw plug-in uses DCRAW library.

Set brightness:
Specify the output brightness. Default is 1.0.
Color balance:
The Color balance can be changed with the four values. Click on "Set" to get
the values from the current picture
The sigma settings are used for the bilateral filter to smooth noise while preserving
edges.
Sigma domain:
Sigma domain is in units of pixels.
Use a value of 2.0 to start with.
Sigma range:
Sigma range is in units of CIELab colorspace.
Use a value of 4.0 to start with.
Interpolate RGBG as four colors
Interpolate RGB as four colors. The default is to assume that all green
pixels are the same.
If even-row green pixels are more sensitive to ultraviolet light than odd-row
green pixels, this
difference causes a mesh pattern in the output:
Solves this problem with minimal loss of detail

Document mode (no color, no interpolation)
Show the raw data as a grayscale image with no interpolation.
Good for photographing black-and-white documents.
Use automatic color balance
Automatic color balance. The default is to use a fixed color balance based on
a white card
photographed in sunlight.
Use camera white balance setting if possible
Use the camera's custom white-balance settings. If this can't be found the default
is used.
Use secondary pixels (Fuji Super CCD SR):
Use this setting for the models from Fuji with the Super CCD sensor.
